Preparation is everything. I meet with you to discuss what needs to be, and should be, done before anyone catches wind that your home will hit the market. You’ll never have a second chance to make a first impression.

Showing feedback: This is an integral part of the process. I share feedback from buyers and their agents quickly + responsively so that we can pivot accordingly if needed.

Audience targeting is the name of the game. I help you identify your ideal audience, and I craft a plan to make them care about your property. Digital advertising, print advertising, social promotions, professionally curated marketing collateral…. Once we figure out your audience, I get your property in front of them.

I’ve got your back. I negotiate the best terms for you so that you never have to worry about whether or not an offer is sound and worth accepting.

I provide a concierge approach to you during this time. You don’t have to worry about anything, because my team has it handled.
