With nearly a decade as a top sales producer in the luxury hotel industry, followed by a tenure in media sales and strategy, Tom is equipped with a sophisticated level of insight into high-end, results-driven client service.
Tom has become Greenville’s Realtor for fine homes and properties in addition to being a consistent top agent and Vice President of Marketing at Marchant Company Real Estate.
Strategy is everything, and Tom understands how to most effectively showcase listings (or find the ideal properties for his buyers). He utilizes tech-savvy marketing to position clients’ homes in front of their ideal audiences. To this end, he partners with skilled stagers, professional photographers, creative writers, select print publications and targeted digital outlets to best showcase each property. His properties’ promotions are accented by aerial photos, videos, social media and more.
Tom’s portfolio, both past and present, showcases the marketing of some of the areas’ most notable developments: Woodland Park at Cleveland Forest, Sutton Park, and Augusta Walk, to name a few. Working closely with developers and builders, Tom successfully at marketed (and sold out) a 23 unit townhome project in Downtown Greenville, Park Place on Hudson.
Tom met his wife Gidge at Clemson University, and they have been happily married for 24 years. He and his family are dedicated to service and community engagement. He and Gidge have been heavily involved in their children’s schools, and they also mentor a student at Berea Middle School. He and his family are active members of First Presbyterian Church Greenville, where Tom currently sits on the Board of Directors and serves as an Elder and Deacon. Tom also invests time in youth development by participating in retreats and mission trips.
