I would be remiss if I failed to take the opportunity to express my sincerest gratitude to your company, but particularly, to Mr. Thomas Marchant for the superb handling of our home purchase and related transactions.  Without bogging you down with details, please know that our situation was rather complex due to various reasons, least of which was our location relative to the home site:  we were initially located at Parris Island, South Carolina and eventually moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina; while looking for a home in Greenville, South Carolina.  Suffice it to say, we presented Mr. Marchant a perplexing set of circumstances. 

Throughout the entire process, Mr. Marchant demonstrated superior professionalism, decorum and a steadfast attitude in finding our family our “dream retirement home”.  Mr. Marchant was a superb ambassador for both your firm and the Greenville community.  We were struck not only by his technical knowledge, but his personal integrity and forthright approach.  We found in him, an individual of impeccable personal ethics and a keen sense for the value of honesty and candor.  He very quickly became a confidant that would guide our home buying efforts.

When my job moved me from Orlando to Greenville, I had many concerns.  As a first-time buyer, I didn’t know much about the process of buying a home.  Fortunately, a few people at my office recommended I contact Tom Marchant to buy my new home.  I say “Fortunately” because Tom made my home-buying experience easy and painless.

Being new to Greenville, living in a hotel room for a month, and with a wife and kids still in Orlando, shopping for a home wasn’t going to be easy!  Tom took me out and showed me 2 dozen homes in one weekend.  We THOUGHT we’d narrowed our search down to a few homes for my wife to see when she flew in, but when I sent her the listings online, she eliminated all but one.  So, Tom and I hit the road to search some more.  I can’t tell you how many places we saw, but one blended into the next by the time we were done.  Tom was as patient and understanding as can be.
